When we have jobs that keep us busy, it can be difficult to squeeze in a workout. The NEW Workplace Fitness program was designed with this in mind. It focuses on high intensity interval training, offering short bouts of challenging exercise, which provides a compact but effective workout.

What attracted you to the program at first?
The price and affordability for the amount of sessions and convenience of location.
What did you like about the HIIT program specifically?
I liked the positive and encouraging manner of the coach, as well as the difficulty level and conditioning received from the workout. Each session was challenging, but not so much so that I was discouraged by my lack of fitness ability.
What physical and mental challenges did this program help with?
It allowed me to have an outlet for stress as well as help me get back in shape and feel better about my physical and mental health.
Would you recommend this program to your coworkers?
Yes, and I did! I brought in at least 4 new clients while participating. Selling points: No excuse to not do it, given that it’s literally outside our office door. The workouts were customizable to any fitness level, and Ryan’s coaching style encouraged you to push yourself harder than a solo workout, but in an encouraging way as to not belittle or embarrass you.
