What attracted you to the program at first, and what keeps you coming back?
Everyone I know that is into yoga looks healthy and is happy. I come back because it’s the time to be with myself away from any stressful thoughts.
What do you like about the workplace yoga program specifically?
That I don’t have to drive or park my car anywhere, I can just walk across the courtyard and I am there.
Have you learned anything about yourself?
Yes, mentally am learning to be comfortable even when the situation is uncomfortable.
How does this program help you create balance at work?
It provides a healthy escape from my daily routine.
What physical and mental challenges does this program help with?
Physically I am more flexible, my lower back pain and sciatica nerve pain are gone and my core and legs are stronger, and mentally I am learning to find a balance in my life.
Would you recommend this program to your coworkers?
Of course! It takes us to a quiet and peaceful place and sets our minds away from deadlines, emails, conference calls, etc.
